I Can Feel It In My Gizzards!
Last Thursday, after our BGY 5903 Research Methodology class, my lab mates (Yue Shin and Wei Wei) and I couldn't stand the stress that this tiring week had given us so we decided to watch a 'light' movie to relax. What I mean when I use the word 'light' to describe movies is that the movie shouldn't require us to think so much in order for us to understand the plot. The movie should also be enjoyable and humourous. At the same time, it should also be of a decent quality. None of the seriousness and complexity of Inception, or the silliness and lameness of Meet the Parents.
However, we did not have the luxury of having many options to choose from because the cinema we were going to (TGV The Mines) was only showing a few movies. Legend of the Guardians was the only movie that fitted our criteria and someone (Jarrod, I think?) told me once that it was actually a decent and watchable movie. So we decided to watch that.
Surprisingly, it WAS a decent movie despite the fact that it was a movie about birds (LOL!!)! It definitely fitted our criteria, being an enjoyable movie which didn't require a lot of brain power to understand what was happening in the movie and there were some funny laugh-out-loud parts which did help us relax :D
That is not to say that I didn't find it a little odd watching a movie about owls. There were some scenes which were just so wrong because the characters were OWLS! Like fighting scenes, for example. Can you imagine OWLS fighting, armed with weapons and all!? So so so wrong! Heheheh...Oh, my rating...

Blogging now partly due to Arnold's FB bugging and partly due to inspiration.
I had a presentation today at uni. A proposal seminar, where I presented my research proposal to a very small group consisting mostly of students and only two lecturers (the coordinator of the seminar and my supervisor). It was OK, I wasn't too nervous because the group was small, the seminar room was also very small and only two friendly lecturers were present ^.^
Wanna share something funny that happened while I was in the preparation stage of my presentation slides. So, I had to prepare PowerPoint slides for my presentation right? So, like a good student doing what she has to do, I did it lah. Then my supervisor wanted to have a look at my PPT slides a few days before the presentation just to check whether it's up to standard or not and when I showed him my PPT slides, he went and changed them by adding more photos, using bright font colours and blowing everything up in size. So in the end, my PPT slides became bigger, more colourful and looked more 'cheerful' (if it's possible to use cheerful to describe PowerPoint slides -.-"). Cute lah, my supervisor...like a little kid only LOL.
On another note, I seriously need a break. I'm so tired of working continuously for the past few days without getting proper rest and lacking of sleep. I feel like flying off to a beautiful remote island with a bunch of my close friends and just hang around all day doing stuff that doesn't require a lot of brain power. I FREAKING NEED A BREAK! haih.......vacation, oh, vacation....cuti cuti malaysia, that's what I need right now..
OK, end of post already. U can go back to whatever u were doing before u started reading this riveting post. But not before leaving a comment of more than 5 words on this post. Thanks! :P
Pour me a heavy dose of atmosphere~ lalala~

I'm gonna learn this next!
Sheet music can be found here: Sheet Music. If you watch carefully, you'll notice the person is playing a little differently from the sheet music but she/he only omitted a few notes from the sheet music, that's all. But I haven't printed out the sheet music yet coz it's 7 pages long!!! O.o And I just printed out a 4-page sheet music for the same song only to realise that it's not according to the video :( Wasted my printer ink and expensive A4 paper only Grrrrrr! *Sorry, pa* >.<
I think I should just buy cheap 70gsm A4 paper myself for printing out sheet musics, hor?

It's almost 11 p.m. now and I'm getting a little sleepy. Eyes are feeling heavy and my head feels like it's stuck in a cloud and everything seems to move slowly :S
Yet, here I am, lying on my stomach on my oh-so-comfortable bed in front of my netbook and practically forcing myself to update my blog with this post! I should get an award for this tremendous effort. Like, an award called 'Most Determined to Update Blog' Award or something like that. Or maybe a 'Best Blog-Updating Effort' award. OK, never mind that. I crap a lot and get a little delirious when I'm tired but forced to stay awake.
**MELANIE ONG and ARNOLD WILLIAMSON (both of you are always pressing me for blog updates) and the REST OF YOU reading this, you guys had better leave some comments on this post once it's up or all my hard+bloodsweatandtears effort will seem like it was for nothing! Hehehe :P
So, getting back to the title and the purpose of this post - updates in my life since my last post (which was 4 months ago!!! CANYOUBELIEVEIT.COM!??), nothing major/life-changing has actually happened.
Since then, I've applied for and was offered a Graduate Research Fellowship (GRF) from my university (which is UPM btw, just in case you don't know which uni I'm enrolled in now but you should OK!) which I accepted so I've given up my part time job teaching home tuition. I'm now looking for a room somewhere within walking distance of my university so that I won't have to commute back and forth to my uni daily which can drain quite a lot of energy from me each day. As for my research, it's progressing, albeit slower than expected because the machines (GC, GC-MS and FPLC) I need to analyse my samples are not fully installed yet or the training for the machines haven't been conducted yet. At least now I have some samples ready to be analysed (wohoo!!~) because I've been busy (or should I say SUPER busy) collecting them.
Ohhh! I'm not alone in the lab anymore! I finally have new lab mates, both undergrad (8 student) and postgrad (2 excluding me) students under the same supervisor as me, and they're really cool and very helpful people! Yay for me!
Errrr...I really can't think clearly anymore....I...*yawn*.....need.....*yawn*......to.......sle
*doze off and cannot finish the sentence LOL*

Finally!!! I finally have a 'free' day to myself!
Actually, I'm not that free today, hence the inverted commas haha :P
I'm supposed to be doing my Research Proposal as an assignment for my Research Methodology course but when I saw this...
From Melanie's blog (See Tansra K!!!) Last update was 4 freaking MONTHS ago wei! o.O |
and this...
Look @ Arnold's comment in my last blog post And that was in JUNE weii!!!! |
I felt soooo guilty to my blog readers (OK, maybe only to the 3 or 4 of you who actually look forward to my blog updates LOL).
Right, I know this post is supposed to be an update but it's practically impossible for me to actually include everything I wanna share in a single post (and I'm supposed to be doing my assignment!! Oh, the guilt!) So...I shall update this blog PROPERLY tonight after I've made some progress (hopefully), however small or big (hopefully big hahaha!), in writing my Research proposal and after I'm back from my relative's Hari Raya open house. I promise I WILL update! ;)

Stressed (or not)?

I usually only give a title to a blog entry when I'm done writing but for this entry, I felt like I just wanted to pour out everything that has been going on in my life recently here hence the title: Stress (or not)? because I can't decide, for the life of me, whether I'm stressed out or not.
Read on, and you will know why I'm confused about the presence/absence of stress in my life right now. :P
Hmm, so many things to write about. Where should I begin?
Off the top of my mind, let me start with the Fundamental Science Congress 2010.
This Congress is organized by UPM's Faculty of Science and I received an e-mail from them about this event only after the registration deadline passed! And according to the e-mail, presentation during this Congress is COMPULSORY for all graduate students!! Dun believe me? I show you the e-mail:
Prof. Dr./Prof. Madya Dr./Dr./Tuan/Puan,
Yuran penyertaan
Bukan pelajar : RM 300
Pelajar : RM 200
Tambahan kertas kerja : RM 100/(kertas @ poster)
Pembentangan adalah wajib ke atas pelajar siswazah (Master dan PhD) dan
kepada pensyarah yang mempunyai gran penyelidikan. Sila maklumkan
kepada pelajar di bawah seliaan anda.
What the!...Somemore must pay RM 200!
Anyway, they extended the deadline to March 14, so I could still register. But what if they didn't!? If it's compulsory for me to present in this Congress, but I received the e-mail informing me about this Congress only AFTER the registration deadline, WHY BOTHER SENDING ME THE E-MAIL, right!? Ugh, UPM's so bloody inefficient and slow!
So I'm already registered to present orally in this Congress. I still have to prepare an extended abstract (a 2-page abstract) and submit by 31st March. I'm presenting my undergraduate FYP so I could use my thesis' abstract, right? NO. They have their own format for the extended abstract I need to submit! :(
More work...more work...Haih....
Then leh...let's move on to Item No. 2.
Which is...ah, my scholarship dilemma!
See, I'm a recipient of the government's 'bajet mini' scholarship for graduate students which only pays for my tuition fees directly to UPM every semester. No monthly allowance or any other form of allowance is provided by this scholarship.
On the other hand, UPM offers a scholarship called GRF (Graduate Research Fellowship) for graduate students which subsidizes the tuition fees and provides monthly allowance. The application for the GRF opens before each semester starts and I will only get to know the outcome of my application AFTER the semester begins. Which means that I will have to pay that particular semester's fees first. I missed the last application so I plan to apply for the upcoming one.
But if I'm already on another scholarship (the 'mini bajet' one), will they even consider to approve my GRF application? I don't dare cancel my current scholarship because of the uncertainty of my GRF application being approved. But if I don't cancel it, what are my chances of getting the GRF?
Oh, the dilemma!
Item No. 3 now...Errr, my experiments at uni.
This is an ongoing thing. It's keeping me very busy. There's so much to do in the lab...so much to read too, to prepare for my experiment. Haih...Read this, read that. Somemore not only read, must understand and extract information from all those articles and theses....@_@
Item No. 4. Tuition.
Right, I'm giving tuition from Mon to Thur night. Currently, my daily schedule's something like this:
7.30 a.m. - Wake up
8.20 a.m. - Go uni
10.00 a.m. - Reach uni
5.30 p.m. - Go back
7.00 p.m. - Reach home
8.20 p.m. - Give tuition
10.40 p.m. - Reach home from tuition
11.30 p.m. - SLEEP.
I barely have time to do other things. When am I gonna read all those journal articles I have to? :(
STRESSED WEI!
But, actually, if I manage my time well, cut down on my leisure time, I will have enough time to do all these....
So it all boils down to time management and giving up my 'relax time'.
BUT I NEED TO RELAX LA...
:) i'm actually not that stressed. just lazy...
Valentine's Day: A Brief Review

First off, the official poster of the movie, just in case you haven't heard of the movie. I'm sure you've come across the poster at least, seeing as how ubiquitous the poster during the period the movie was premiering.
I remember watching the trailer of Valentine's Day last year (I think) at the cinema and thinking to myself "Wow, big cast! I definitely have to catch this on the big screen". And so I did! LOL
Not only were the majority of the actors in this movie prominent actors, most of them are my favourites as well: Anne Hathaway, Jennifer Garner, Julia Roberts, Bradley Cooper and Jessica Biel.
Haih, I dun really know how to write a movie review so I'll just share with you my experience when watching the movie, k?
The movie was light and fun. There were some funny scenes, some emotionally touching scenes (scenes that make you tear) and some boring scenes. It's not your traditional type of movie with a fairy-tale ending but it isn't a very unconventional movie either. It's a movie to watch when you want something to distract you from the kesusahan in your life and just wanna relax and forget that there's a dark and cruel world out there! Just kidding about the 'dark and cruel' part. Hehehe...
Overall, I enjoyed the movie.
So, my rating is: 7/10

I kinda feel like my blog's dead. Haih, why can I never update regularly?
Nvm, here I am to save the day (or blog, in this case)!!
OK, I'm gonna do a sort of review of the 2 movies I watched recently. Hmm, I just realized that I watched these 2 movies with the same person: Timothy. Ya la, my schedule lately has been quite irregular and that fella has nothing to do at all nowadays.
First movie: Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief
This movie was a HUGE disappointment for me because I'm a fan of the books. I was really really really looking forward to watching this movie when Lydiar (who introduced the books to me) told me that the books were gonna be adapted to a movie.
I stayed away from the trailers and reviews of this movie so that I could be pleasantly surprised when I finally watch the movie BUT!!! I was HORRIBLY surprised instead :(
I guess I should never get my hopes up when a book's made in a movie.
The scenes in movies are almost always not what you'd imagine them to be and words (as in books) are always the best medium to describe things. Besides, how can it be possible for them to fit everything in the book into a 2-hour movie?
Still, even if there hadn't been any book in the picture, the movie was mediocre at best. It could have been done better... Haih, such a disappointment la :( :( :( 3 sad faces...
Rating: 4/10, but I'm biased cos I had such high expectations of it
*Diar was also disappointed with the movie. So basically, the adaptation was poor!
P.S. Will blog about the second movie (Valentine's Day) in the next post...wait for it!
Diabetes Mellitus (diabetes): Type 1 and Type 2

Now that you know what diabetes is and the role insulin plays in controlling the level of glucose (sugar) in the blood, let's move on to the 2 common types of diabetes which are:
(i) Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus and
(ii) Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.
Type 1 diabetes was formerly known as juvenile-onset diabetes or insulin-dependent diabetes. Type 1 diabetes can affect children or adults but was traditionally termed "juvenile diabetes" because it represents a majority of the diabetes cases in children. Most affected people are otherwise healthy and of a healthy weight when onset occurs.
Type 1 diabetes occurs due to the decrease in the cells that produce insulin (beta cells). Remember that these cells are only in the pancreas. These insulin-producing cells are destroyed (either by our own immune system or some other reason) resulting in a decrease in the number of these cells. Therefore, less insulin is produced.
Treatment for type 1 diabetes includes taking insulin, making wise food choices, being physically active and controlling blood pressure and cholesterol.
Type 2 diabetes was formerly called adult-onset diabetes or noninsulin-dependent diabetes. It is the most common form of diabetes. People can develop type 2 diabetes at any age - even during childhood. Being overweight and inactive increases the chances of developing type 2 diabetes!!! (>.< OK, must start to exercise alrdy).
In Type 2 diabetes, all the beta cell producing the insulin are healthy. However, other cells become insulin-resistant. This means that the other cells do not respond as well as they normally do to insulin. Remember in the previous post that insulin functions to help other cells (like fat cells, muscle cells and liver cells) to absorb glucose from blood? Well, in this case, while there is enough insulin being produced, the fat, muscle and liver cells do not respond to insulin properly. This is called insulin-resistance, or decreased sensitivity to insulin.
In time, the amount of insulin produced will also decrease.
SUMMARY:
Type 1 diabetes: It is insulin-dependent.
The body produced little or no insulin.
To overcome this, the patient will have to take insulin injections.
Type 2 diabetes: It is insulin-independent.
The body produces enough insulin but the cells are insulin-resistant.
To overcome this, the patient will have to control the amount of
sugar in their diet.
sugar in their diet.
This is the most common type of diabetes that result from obesity
and too much sugar intake! And this is definitely the type of
diabetes you DON'T want to have because you can no longer eat
yummy stuff!

Dedicated to Guna! :)
Diabetes is a chronic (long-term) disease in which a person has high blood sugar (glucose) level. High levels of glucose (a sugar) in the blood is known as hyperglycemia (hyper- meaning excessive; -glyc- meaning sweet; and -emia- meaning "of the blood").
Glucose is a simple sugar found in food. Besides that, glucose can also be obtained when carbohydrates are broken down in the small intestine. The glucose is then absorbed by the intestinal cells into the bloodstream, and is carried by the bloodstream to all the cells in the body where it is utilized.
However, glucose cannot enter the cells alone and needs insulin to aid in its transport into the cells from the bloodstream. Without insulin, the cells become starved of glucose energy despite the presence of abundant glucose in the bloodstream.
Therefore, the flow of glucose is like this: intestines--->intestinal cells--->bloodstream--->body cells.
Therefore, the flow of glucose is like this: intestines--->intestinal cells--->bloodstream--->body cells.
Insulin is a hormone produced by specific cell (beta cells) in the pancreas. While insulin has various physiological effects (causes different things to occur in the body), it ultimately results in the decrease of blood glucose levels.
This is achieved because insulin causes cells in the liver, muscle, and fat tissue to absorb glucose from the blood, storing it as glycogen in the liver and muscle, and stopping use of fat as an energy source. Insulin also decreases production of glucose from non-sugar substrates, primarily in the liver.
Therefore, with this increase in the absorption of glucose from the blood into the cells and the decrease in production of glucose from non-sugar substrates by the liver, the level of glucose in the blood is effectively decreased.

So Shallow, Is It Real?

Do shallow people exist? What do you think?
Or, is there no such thing? And when they say/do shallow stuff, is it all an act or a facade?
I mean, I'm certain everyone of you has came across someone you think is shallow. Right? I'm sure that sometime somewhere in the past, whether recent or not, you've had a conversation with someone and when the person said something, you think to yourself: "Boy, isn't he/she shallow! There's more to life than ....."(fill in the blank, according to the topic of your conversation at that time).
Think about it la. Take a moment, and really think! How is it possible that people can be so shallow? Hah? :P
How can it be that a person can actually think that getting a boyfriend/girlfriend will make everything right in her/his life?
Or, that life is JUST about having fun? That you would just like to TRY this...or that...for the sake of experience. So that you'd know how it feels? Please la, if it's something you know you shouldn't be doing, then DON'T EVEN TRY! Even if you're not sure whether you should do it, whatever it is, or not. That itself, the fact that you're questioning whatever it is you want to do, should be enough indication that you SHOULDN'T do it. If you're not sure whether something is right or not, why don't just play safe and NOT do it at all? Don't even go near it.
ARGHHH, I just wanna blow off steam in me that's been building up ever since I realised some people I know made some shallow statements/did shallow stuff, that's all.

Unless I bug my mum to drive me a few kilometres to 'I Dunno Where' (omg, where's the nearest place I can get waffles!!?? - The food court near Carrefour Kepong?). Too far la...
And I just had to Google 'waffles with chocolate sauce'! This is what I came across:

Sometimes, it frustrates me that people younger than me can play the piano better than me...
:(
Really depressing la...Like, why can that young kid play so pro like that one!!? WHY CAN'T I?
Haih...Make me feel useless only :P
But, I get really inspired when I watch all these home-made videos of pianists playing nice songs on YouTube. Makes me get up and dance~!! Errr, not really. I mean, makes me get up and play the piano. Hehehe...
I'm not a very good pianist but I love playing the piano! I heart piano!!
But sometimes it's frustrating when I can't find good free piano sheet music for the pieces I wanna learn.
Cos I can't play by ear (haih...why can't I? Why some ppl can one? :( ) and I find it very difficult to learn by watching those tutorials on YouTube (haih...).
I can only learn by listening to the pieces being played and reading the sheet music at the same time. So mafan!! Grrrrr!!!

In case you're wondering (and you SHOULD be, unless you already know the reason behind it :P), why the title of this post has that 'Family-1' thing there, it's because Ti was still on board doing his practical and couldn't join us for this trip, decreasing the number of people in my family by 1.
On Jan 1, 2010, as I've mentioned somewhere (I think it was in my last post that I said it?), my dad brought my family-1 out to Putrajaya to kai-kai (jalan-jalan). He's currently working there and goes jogging after work almost everyday at Putrajaya so he wanted to show us around his 'jogging area'.
Actually, to tell you the truth, Putrajaya is kinda boring la.
But as a Malaysian, you should go and experience being in Putrajaya for a while at least. Cos got nice view...at some places...
Oh, to prevent boredom, bring along a camera, crazy people to do crazy things with and food. :)
Here are the pics I took that day....(and I took A LOT, Putrajaya is such a nice place to practice your photography skills..a lot of new stuff and unique stuff there). But I won't upload all the pics here cos too many adi. I'll just upload the ones that are interesting...to me. :P
This is the floating mosque at Putrajaya
One of the many bridges at Putrajaya. Dunno why they like building bridges so much there...
Of course, a photo of Family-2 (someone had to take the pic rite. So that person, in addition to Ti, is now missing) and bridge
That bridge is situated at Presint 2
Imagine if this is your house..nice leh
The street at Putrajaya. You see the cars parks on the side of the road? Those cars belong to tourists like me :) People would just park their cars at the side of the road (no yellow line, of course) and come out and take photos...
Lol. I kinda forgot what this building is for already. I think it's the current PM's office, if I'm not mistaken.
Guess what this is!? It's my 'artistic' shot of a lampost :P See la, this is an example of one of the unique things found in Putrajaya.
This one also. Doesn't look like it's a place in M'sia.
Walao...another bridge! Seriously la, I think the architect/landscape designer of Putrajaya had a fetish for bridges!
My dad called this building 'The Hat'. -.-"
More of the unique lamposts...
This doesn't look like it was taken in Malaysia rite!!? It has an international feeling to it...
So, in the pic below, it's like we went overseas or sth...
There, you see. It looks as if we took this pic somewhere in Paris or a place usually only seen in movies...
This one also. Doesn't look like it's a place in M'sia.
Another bridge there
Same bridge as the one in the pic above, frm a different angle. With its reflection in the water. Artistic, kononnya...
Walao...another bridge! Seriously la, I think the architect/landscape designer of Putrajaya had a fetish for bridges!
My dad called this building 'The Hat'. -.-"
*Yawn* Noooooo, not ANOTHER bridge! Yes, it is, unfortunately...
Sunset was beautiful there...But I was too busy taking photos that I didn't really get to enjoy it :(
Oh, the sacrifices I make to take nice photos... :P
Fooling around with the coconut tree :P
Fooling around with the fountains
Then it got darker...
and darker...
And so, we went back!
I Know What I Did Last December (Dec '09)

Actually, I don't have the motivation to blog about all the events that took place in Dec '09. But since I took so many photos at those events, I feel like I'm obligated to blog about them or the photos will be useless. So, this was my December last year...
Dec 10 - Dec 12: For these 3 days, I attended an Asia Pacific Youth Alive Conference (APYAC) at Glad Tidings, Petaling Jaya (GTPJ). The title of the conference was 'Speak to the Nations'. APYAC is held once every 3 years and the one I joined was only the 3rd one. The first conference was in 2003 in KL while the second conference was in 2007 in Jakarta. Christians from about 29 countries attended this conference. I can't remember all 29 countries, can only remember a few like S'pore, Japan, Thailand, India, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Vietnam and Africa. Here are the pics...
Six of us from Bethany Chapel went for this conference.

Discovered that the world is small when I introduced myself to a girl next to me and found out she's my younger sis' friend!
A few of the Y:Fusionites came for Revival Night 2.
The girls' crazy poses. I think my pose's the least crazy one :( . Must practice my crazy poses!
Dec 19: Y:Fusion Christmas Party '09. I had the privilege of coordinating this event together with the committee. I was so worried that there wouldn't be enough food that I had a nightmare about this party the night before it was held. Imagine my relief when I woke up and realized that it was just a dream! :P
Busy cutting and Uhu-gluing to make the doorgifts (badges). Thanks Meri, Pui Kay, Victor, Melanie, Tres and Diar for sacrificing your time and energy for this!
Lydiar and Pui Kay who were doing the registration.
The emcees of the night, Trester and Nic Cheong.
We had a lot of leftovers!
Youths playing the ice-breaker.
Met new friends there. I hope to see them again soon!

Dec 25: CHRISTMAS!! On Christmas Day, I went to church in the morning for Christmas service followed by lunch. In the evening, my young adults cell went out for C'mas dinner @ PJ. I can't remember the name of the restaurant already! *Edit: It was Pitstop (Thanks, Melissa)*. Anyway, pics...
I learned how to play 'Chor Dai Di'. Thanks to Char and Arnold for teaching me with patience (actually, Char had more patience than Arnold cos Arnold kept trying to play for me instead of letting me learn :P)
After dinner, we wanted to watch a movie so we went to Tropicana City Mall. Unfortunately, since it's a public holiday and the next day's a Saturday, there were no good seats left. Someone suggested posing like the mannequins and we did! =.=
We soon got bored of that and went to Lookout Point somewhere in Ulu Klang. From up there, you can get a great view of the city lighted up at night.
Dec 28 - Dec 29: The Y:Fusion Camp was held on Dec 27 to Dec 30. I wasn't able to go for all 4 days so I planned to go for only one day with Aneetha. The original plan was that, on the 3rd day of camp, we would head out to the campsite early in the morning and head back home at night when the last activity of the day ends.
But, Melissa, who was going to the camp a day before us and coming back with the campers, posted a message on FB saying she's excited to go to camp and tagged Edward, Anee and I in that message. I was already upset that I wouldn't be going for full camp. Then when I found out Edward was going with Melissa and also coming back with the campers, I was even more upset :( Not because I didn't want Ed to go to camp, but because I felt even more left out :P When Anee saw that FB message, she suddenly felt like going to camp on the 2nd day and staying until the 3rd day. So we went in the morning of the 2nd day (Dec 28), stayed a night there and came back on the 3rd night (Dec 29). I enjoyed myself so much that I didn't feel like going back before everyone does. Still, I was so happy that I could enjoy 2 full days of camp! Thanks to Anee for making that possible!
Dec 31: I didn't have any plans for 31st Dec, except to go to church at night for Watchnite Service. But suddenly, Hadi called me around 4 sth p.m. and asked me to join him and Husna in a Monopoly game. We went to the McDonald's at Plaza Mont Kiara and played Monopoly there. It was so much fun! At night, I went to church to usher in the New Year by worshiping God. God's gonna do much greater things in 2010 and I can hardly wait!
